READ ME
Hey guys. This video will show you how to change the background of the startup page of Cydia. This also works for the background of the Settings and dTunes apps.

GiMP: http://tinyurl.com/c8mpdu
1) Download any wallpaper you like from the 2nd link
NOTE: If you would like to use your own picture, resize it to around 320×416. 320×480 will work fine as well. Resize the picture using GiMP or Photoshop
2) Rename the picture to this: UIPinstripe
3) Make a new folder on your desktop named whatever you want.
4) Inside there, create another folder called: UIImages
5) Copy UIPinstripe into UIImages
6) SSH into your iTouch/iPhone and navigate to /var/stash/
7) Copy the folder that you named whatever you wanted into Themes.xxxxxx
On your device, go into Winterboard and enable the most recent theme whose name should be the name of the folder you created. Then exit out
9) After respringing, go into Cydia and check out your newly customized Cydia app!
