As far as Bush not having any good lawyers, in case you did not hear, last week the investigation that had been going on whether or not Bush’s decision to use waterboarding was illegal or not, concluded that it was not because the lawyers Bush used to make sure he was within the law were right. He was within the law, national and international law, to use waterboarding. So I guess you missed that fact. The lawyers were not all that dumb, and neither was Bush. Do more research.
