I’m just saying if you stop eating the really fat food you would be fine. You would not belive how much I eat, all kinds of food, fast food, sweats, everything, and when I was the most overweight I had about 10- 15kg extra, but I never go to McDonalds and others like it !!! No body should torture there body with that “food” if you can call it food at all…
