I want to sell my digital camera to my friend. He told me that he will recover all of my pictures and will show me. I challenged him to it is impossible, and I will delete all recoverable pictures before sell to him. I know we can recover all pictures using to recover software. Now I really want to know how to delete all of my recoverable pictures? Just connect with computer and press "format option" is possible to delete all recoverable pictures? Please help me to win my challenge.
Just keep your memory card and let him buy his own. Even Memory Sticks are affordable now although not as good as the 4 gb SDHC @ $9
If he is stuck on buying your camera with the Memory Stick, then format it and then fill the card with shots of say a newspaper or any boring things. Once filled, then format again. When he recovers those files, he too will be bored. All the old files, will have been overwritten by the boring ones
you could always cover the lens and take pictures until you fill up the card and then delete again.

You can permanently erase pictures from any memory card. Essentially the s/w writes over all the memory in the card. It would take the NSA or CIA to recover pictures from that. Go here to get the s/w to erase your pictures.
