How do I add pictures to Facebook and Myspace without saving them to my computer?

I have a lot of pictures on my phone that I want on my Facebook and Myspace. So, how would I get them from my phone to my profiles? But I can’t save any of the pictures onto the computer because I’m using my sisters laptop. Is there a way, given all the circumstances?

depends on the kind of phone, you have most of the smart phones, iphones & blackberry, have a free facebook app
you can upload pics directly from your phone to your facebook, or take new pics & they go direclty to facebook

    find the image, right click, choose properties, save the picture link, copy it to your profile
