Contact them and ask if they want to represent them. Most are going to say no. It's going to be a lot of work with either none or very low return c) while you are doing it get shows in Taiwan or anywhere. Go and look for call for artists for juried shows. Participate and be good enough to get actually selected. It's probably going to cost you money in entry fees and shipping. d) shipping is going to eat big time into any profits, so don't expect any. The most likely thing is that it's going to cost you lots of money.
