How do i know if they are real, or if she just got them off of google?

Upload images to this site, or post a link to the images. It searches its database for "copies" of the picture elsewhere. If it’s all over, she probably got them from Google.
Also consider size and quality. Someone with tiny photos you can hardly see, for instance, is probably a fake.
You can’t unless you can pull up the EXIF info on ‘em. Even that’s not for sure, but it could help.
