The Legend of Zelda (??????, Zeruda no Densetsu?) is a high fantasy action-adventure video game series created by game designer Shigeru Miyamoto and developed and published by Nintendo. The gameplay consists of a mixture of action, adventure, puzzle solving, role-playing and occasional platforming, stealth and racing elements. The series centers around Link, the main playable character and protagonist. The story commonly involves a relic known as the Triforce, a set of three golden triangles of omnipotence. The protagonist in each game is not always the same iteration of Link, although the same character sometimes appears across multiple games.
The Legend of Zelda series has sold over 52 million copies since the release of the first game, The Legend of Zelda[1], and continues to be successful worldwide. The series consists of fourteen official games on all of Nintendo’s major consoles, as well as several spin-offs. An animated series based on the games aired in 1989, and a manga adaptation officially endorsed and commissioned by Nintendo has been produced in Japan since 1997.

The new Zelda game wont have the mastersword in it. Instead Link will get a sword with multiple abilities. That girls name is Adella, and she is NOT the mastersword, nor will she follow Link throughout the whole game like Midna or Navi. The game wont only take place in Hyrule.

Also may I state if this is following a Timeline I am following then when Link was a kid he never got the master sword just left it there. If it were to lead to the events of TP then it would most likly he would never go back to get the Master Sword.

Sorry my friend but I am thinking your wrong. If it were to take place after MM then most likly the girl is probably going to have to do with Navi. Plus the Master Sword was not in MM so it could possibly not have anything to do with it at all. Most likly never losing it just never gets it. The adulthood part yes I belivie to be true. Maybe we will see a love scene between Link and Malon!
